We don’t have a dedicated office team—our small crew is hands-on with dogs every day, giving them our full attention and care.
Because of that, we’ve created a simple enquiry process to make things easier for everyone. It helps us stay organised, respond as best we can, and give both our current guests and new clients the time they deserve.

As we’re a hands-on team, you’ll be speaking directly with either Nat or Dan—the same people who will be the main carers for your dog during its stay with us.
